Yoga stories, songs and nature poses for calm and well-being for 3- 7 yr olds
Mindfulness supports children's learning at school and overall well-being. Sessions include breathing techniques, stretches, meditation, visualisations and mindful crafts - helping children to be calm, confident and resilient.
Children are encouraged to take the techniques they have learnt into everyday life.
